Marine has been involved in the real estate industry from a young age since 2005 and has developed an intense passion and love for the field. Having received her B.A. in Biology from California State University Northridge with a background in research studies, she understands the importance of preparation, record keeping, up to date technology and believes that communication is a vital factor for perfecting her real estate career.

Marine focuses on implementing innovative and creative new ideas into every real estate transaction. Being extremely detail-oriented and personable, she has built her business based on the foundation of honesty, integrity and ethical business practices. When Marine is not practicing real estate, she is actively involved in the community and volunteers her time with Children's Hospital, Habitat for Humanity, the local homeless shelter, children's daycare center and various non-profit organizations throughout Los Angeles. She has been a member of the Glendale Association of Realtors MLS Committee from 2013-2016 and has chaired the Cultural Diversity Committee from 2015-2016.

Marine was very helpful from the first time I met her. Marine just ended the open house and was getting ready to leave when I drove by the property. I asked if it was too late, but she cheerfully said she will open up the house. That was in May 2017 and we closed escrow on the very house two months later. There was a lot of negotiating with the Seller and once we were in contract, we had to complete the financing, schedule multiple inspections, schedule appraisal and Marine was there every step of the way. Even after we purchased the house, Marine offered to help with whatever we needed. Marine is dedicated to her profession and genuinely concerned with her customers' well being. When I began searching for investment properties, I called Marine because she has helped me buy my first home in the past and it was a great experience working with her. I told her exactly what I was looking for, and in such a short period of time, she was able to find me the condo off market. The best part about this transaction was that she was able to negotiate the deal before it hit the MLS in which case if it did, it may have sold with with multiple offers. We did also get credits from the seller, which was amazing considering the price we got it for. As always, Marine's work ethic and passion in real estate shines through with her attention to detail and timing of everything. Marine and her partner Nick were tremendously valuable during our last set of transactions (sale in Glendale and purchase in Pasadena). We had a 1031 exchange in which we were trying to close both the sale and purchase within a week of each other which required a lot of coordination. It all went well thanks to the relentlessness of Marine. She was always available via phone and never missed or were late to an in person meeting.
