Edrickcan Loox is an estate agent with JohnHart Real Estate. She began her career in real estate after working in the entertainment and health & wellness industries. Her transferable skills from being a wife, mother and working in the entertainment and health and wellness industries have given her the ability to pay close attention to the needs and wants of her clients. She credits her success to her excellent communication skills, attention to detail and honesty. "My favorite part of the real estate process is when I'm able to give my clients the keys to their new home," Edrickcan says. "I enjoy the fact that most homes in Los Angeles seem to tell their own story in any given area, in that they are all so different, you may have a Cape Cod sitting next to a Spanish-style home, allowing homeowners' individuality." Edrickcan was born and raised in St. Louis, Mo. and she also lived in Miami before relocating to Los Angeles. She currently lives in Studio City with her husband, and two children.
