About Mike Barsamyan

Mike started off in mortgage industry in 2004 as a loan officer and completed over 100 purchase transactions. He has extensive experience in working for Bank of America corporate for loss mitigation/loan modification department. His main purpose was to work with distressed homeowners to help save their homes from getting foreclosed. The love for helping people led Mike to getting his real estate license and representing a number of buyers in purchase transactions.

His favorite part of real estate is delivering keys to his clients upon the close of escrow. Buying a home one of the biggest financial decisions in a person’s life and it’s important to have professionals like Mike guide them through each and every step of the way.

Being in the industry for a long time enables Mike to be very creative on how to structure deals. Having vast knowledge and experience in construction industry as well, he can answer questions such as how much and how long a remodel will take.
