About Cheryl Orlino
I believe investing in real estate can give you financial freedom, which will ultimately allow you to make your dream house a reality. As a realtor, I believe that it is important to really listen to your needs and wants for your property. Whether it is your first house, your last, or any of the homes in between, I can help you come up with a game plan to achieve your goal. I am an Artist, Feng Shui practitioner, and Real Estate Investor. I have a passion for exterior and interior home design, with the integration of smart technology and green building. My dad was a real property assessor, who taught me the value of home improvements vs. fluff. Prior to devoting time to raising my kids, I negotiated and supervised insurance claims. Before that, I worked at Disneyland while going to the University of California Irvine, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology, with a minor in Psychology.
