About Marlin Dginguerian
It’s safe to say that overachievement is Marlin Dginguerian’s default setting. Having been guiding clients through life-changing transactions since 2013, she’s racked up an impressive collection of accolades and achievements along the way: JohnHart’s 2022 Person of the Year, 3-time winning team member of JohnHart’s Annual Realtor Race, a designation as a Certified Residential Specialist, and countless Agent of the Week awards. But after selling over $500 million in real estate in her first decade as an agent, Marlin can still say that all of these accomplishments pale in comparison to the trust she earns from each and every one of her valued clients.
Marlin grew up in La Crescenta, where the current headquarters for her real estate enterprise is situated. After studying business in college, she got married and moved to the Glendale area. Upon bringing two beautiful daughters into the world, her family moved to La Cañada for the area’s coveted school district. Her path to top producing agent began at a different brokerage where she worked for a few months as a transaction coordinator. The role gave her enough information to recognize she could do so much more in the real estate industry. Having always exemplified a tireless work ethic and an affinity for multi-tasking, Marlin hit the ground running, building her business one call at a time.
She loves that, even with her impressive experience, she can still learn new techniques and strategies with each transaction. Working both hard and smart to elevate her clients to their goals, she’s yet to face a challenge that couldn’t be solved and surmounted. Since working in real estate allows Marlin to function as the CEO of her own business, she is able to create a work-life balance that works for her family. In her free time, she cherishes every moment spent with her husband and daughters, catching up with friends, and working out.

Amy was excellent. She got us multiple offers and kept us informed every step of the way. She worked diligently to get the property sold at the best price. This property was a co-op and the HOA board and getting the necessary documentation was challenging. She constantly stayed on top of Escrow, the bank, and the HOA making sure the necessary documents were received in a timely manner. She even drove to the HOA president's house to pick up documents that were needed and hand delivered them to escrow! She was amazing and we plan on using her again. Amy worked with us in purchasing our dream home in Burbank. I witnessed first-hand how much she cares about what she is doing and how passionate she is about making sure her clients both buying and selling are getting what they want. A prime example is when she negotiated credit terms based on the property inspection. The inspection document was lengthy and she was able to decode the lingo and quickly identify items that were important. Just want to start off by saying I highly recommend Amy & Marlin. Here's why. Ive started looking into purchasing an investment property and seeking an agent. So ive attended some open houses just to see what is out there and a good way to find an agent is while they're in action. But all the agents I've come across are so dry and don't make you feel worthy of their time or callbacks.

We were first time buyers in this transaction. We really needed help and guidance. Amy and Marlin were very patient as we had a fair set of requirements and yet not a huge budget. While we wrote a few offers for houses that we liked, the prices went way above asking and above our budget. Until we found the house we loved. Marlin and her colleagues really went above and beyond while selling our house in Glendale. It was quite the task considering the inconvenience of the stairs. It took long months and lots of weekends dedicated but she stuck to it and sold it top dollar. She did what none else could pull off. I highly recommend her and her team for house needs.
