About Armand Bogossian

Armand Bogossian discovered his passion for real estate at age 16 when his family purchased their first investment property. Armand and his brother managed everything as a team, which ignited the spark to pursue real estate as his career. Seeking to immerse himself in the industry, he began by attending UC Berkeley and earned his degree in business with a concentration in real estate, and even had the opportunity to intern in Armenia's banking and real estate development sectors. After graduating with vast knowledge of the real estate business, he worked in the corporate housing industry with a focus on property acquisition, working under his brother for one and a half years before becoming licensed as an agent himself. Now, he chooses to focus primarily on investment properties ranging from single-family homes to commercial residential units. With his strong background in finance and investing complemented by his experience in the construction of remodels and ADUs, Armand’s depth of expertise knows no bounds. A charismatic and determined agent, he especially appreciates the endless possibilities of real estate that come from such a diverse investment class. There truly is something for everyone; it’s just a matter of putting all the pieces together and finding that perfect property for his clients. When he’s not busy buying and selling homes, Armand enjoys camping, traveling, and reading about world history.
