About Violetta Kalina

As 2022’s Rookie of the Year amassing a $5.8 million volume in sales, Violetta Kalina hit the ground running with her real estate career. This bilingual agent (proficient in both English and Russian!) uses her own personal experiences in homeownership to compassionately guide her clients through every nuance of a transaction, taking time to explain every detail. In her quest to make dreams come true for her clients, she happily shares her insider tips for building generational wealth. Violetta has a gift for seeing transactions from unusual perspectives, often leading to creative strategies that give her clients a noted advantage.

Born in Russia, Violetta moved around throughout the years including significant time spent in Uganda and Texas before settling in California in 2009. It’s instilled in her a wealth of life experience that finds her easily relating to people from all walks of life. During her over a decade in the Greater Los Angeles area, Violetta has lived in Woodland Hills, Reseda, and Santa Clarita while soaking up a deep understanding of the area’s different neighborhoods and housing markets. In Russia, she earned her Master’s Degree in Civil Law, graduating with excellence, and also holds a nursing license in Russia and a dental assistant/instructor registration in California. After spending years in the medical field, she wanted to utilize her own experiences in real estate to enrich the goals of others. Since then, she’s been using her positive and persistent approach to help clients buy and sell homes all over the San Fernando, Simi, and Santa Clarita Valleys, Valencia, Palmdale, and Lancaster.

When not serving her clients, Violetta enjoys fishing, visiting the beach, and cooking. She likes to stay engaged in local politics and current affairs. In particular, causes pertaining to mental health in California remain important to her. Violetta also loves working on designs including staging and decoration for her own home.
