About Kristi Shoup

With nearly 3 decades of experience as a licensed real estate agent, Kristi Shoup brings a seasoned approach to serving clients across Glendora and the surrounding Foothill neighborhoods. She’s found nothing compares to that thrilling moment when she matches a home to the right person or family after tapping into her expertise of the area’s housing market. Kristi has always elevated relationships over transactions, treating her clients and other agents alike with unwavering integrity, professionalism, and kindness. Kristi recognizes no price point, providing the same above-and-beyond service for small condos as luxury homes. It’s just one of the reasons this in-demand agent works nearly solely from referrals.

Kristi was born in Long Beach though moved to LaVerne at age 7 before purchasing her first home in Glendora in 1997 where she has remained ever since. After her daughter was born, she worked in property management before accepting a role assisting her mother-in-law who worked as a successful Glendora area REALTOR®. At this point, she decided to obtain her real estate license so she could continue working alongside her mother-in-law. But as she served clients with a trustworthy sincerity, she found that she enjoyed her career too much to stop, continuing on her own after her mother-in-law retired. In 2017, she partnered with a close friend and the two have been making real estate dreams into realities across Glendora ever since.

Kristi has been married for 32 years. In their free time, she and her husband love to catch up with their 2 beautiful granddaughters who happen to be growing up in the same LaVerne home where Kristi did. The couple have a home in Summerlin, Nevada that they enjoy visiting when the opportunity arises. Kristi also prioritizes spending time with her friends whether attending concerts, enjoying dinners, or simply laughing together. She also has a penchant for redecoration that she enjoys exploring as time allows.
