About Arbab Arshad

Arbab “AJ” Arshad uses a winning combination of empathy and confidence supported by a tireless work ethic to help people find their dream homes. AJ grew up in the community of Northridge after moving there from Pakistan in 2001, building an expert’s knowledge of the Greater Los Angeles area and its housing markets. He graduated from CSULA in 2018 with his Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration with a focus on management.

When not helping his clients achieve their diverse real estate goals, you’ll often find AJ working out. He’s a major advocate for living a healthy lifestyle, believing that a robust body and mind breeds the kind of confidence in an individual that can lead to success in any of life’s paths.
