About Jeff Pierce

With diligence and dedication, Jeff Pierce has served buyers and sellers alike for over 20 years, securing his ranking among the top 1% of Palm Springs, California’s Agents by Sales Volume in 2022. Over the decades, he’s masterfully managed his own burgeoning portfolio of short-term rentals in California, Florida, and Mexico, earning the designation of “superhost” with over 200 (and growing) highly rated Airbnb transactions. His success inspired him to write the popular guidebook Master of Vacation Rentals: 10 Steps to Hosting Success. Jeff also served his community as a high-volume real estate broker, managing his own profitable office while leading a business that identified under-valued properties to flip them with minimal investment. In addition, Jeff holds a PMP (Project Management Professional) designation; a topic on which he frequently gives lectures.

Jeff earned his MBA from Ohio University, purchasing his first property the same year. Over his career, he's accrued real estate licenses in California, Massachusetts, Florida, and Georgia, always guiding his clients with his vast knowledge supported by experienced perspective and a sense of humor that lends to a feeling of ease.
