Kai Nawroth combines his education and experience in technology with highly effective communication skills to present a refreshingly modern take on real estate. Having grown up in the small German town of Münsingen, Kai eventually went on to serve for 8 years as an officer in the German military. While stationed in Munich, he met his wife; an LA native. Upon completion of his active military service in 2017, Kai and his wife moved to Los Angeles. For 5 years, Kai did contracting work for major tech brands like Google and Microsoft, but ultimately yearned for a career that focused more on helping people realize their dreams. Always having held an affinity for real estate, Kai’s path forward was obvious.

Supported by a Master’s Degree in Management & Media as well as continuing education in data analytics, UX design, and more, Kai still regularly taps into his tech expertise to support his customized strategies while giving clients an in-depth look into the ever-changing dynamics of Southern California’s housing market.
