About Richard Vartanian

Richard Vartanian takes an analytical approach to real estate investment, leveraging his experience as an analyst for a commercial real estate firm to offer his clients a competitive advantage in the market. Combined with his work ethic and prior experience in property management, this agent brings a unique perspective. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Richard has a deep understanding of the region’s diversity of housing markets. Richard graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business. While studying at USC, he balanced his career as a real estate agent, gaining real world experience as he simultaneously built his expertise academically.

In what little free time Richard has, he likes to stay busy by playing tennis or golf, expressing himself through film photography, and enjoying the company of family and friends. He frequently explores his love of LA with scenic drives down the beach.
