Tina Baghdasaryan balances her detail-oriented, highly organized style with a burning passion that finds her truly relishing challenging situations; a winning trait when navigating the nuances of contemporary real estate. She feels the most at home when troubleshooting and problem-solving, facing each new scenario with determination and an overwhelming drive to find a solution that ends with all parties smiling.

Her road to real estate began with an obsession over interior design that she’s harbored as long as she can remember. At first, she satisfied her creative longing by decorating office spaces for friends. But her obvious gift for aesthetics found her moving into directing the decorative themes of newly purchased apartments. In 2016, she designed her own short term rental with a handful of others following shortly afterward. Amidst this flurry of creativity, Tina realized that her passion had extended into real estate. Her adoration of creating new connections worked hand-in-hand with helping others find their forever homes… and decorating them afterward, of course!

Tina grew up in Yerevan, Armenia before moving to Glendale, California at the age of 16. She’s called the thriving city home ever since. After receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry with a double minor in Armenian Studies and Russian Language from UCLA in 2018, she continued her education, obtaining her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration from USC in 2020. Her schooling not only helps her more efficiently serve her community by providing fluency in English, Armenian, and Russian, but also finetunes her meticulous organization as she continues to grow her real estate business.

Whether providing sterling service to residential or commercial real estate clients, Tina prides herself on always being available to answer questions with her trademark professionalism. She loves the opportunity to help others, staying fully engaged across the full spectrum of a transaction and beyond. As the owner of multiple properties herself, she knows the process front to back and delights in answering questions and easing any potential concerns. She even has her Mortgage Loan Officer license, allowing her to provide an edge to her clients seeking financing or pre-approval.

Tina considers real estate her life, so it even factors into her free time. She adores travel, especially soaking in the architecture and design of new cities. Currently, she’s particularly taken by Parisian-style apartments and is always happy to help clients with decorative suggestions.
