About Sevag Demirjian

Sevag Demirjian considers himself a one-stop shop for real estate goal fulfillment, promising his clients that he can help them not just find their dream home, but fix it up. He likes to view real estate from two perspectives: as a homeowner or as an investor. When looking at a purchase from a homeowner’s perspective, he recognizes the significance of the transaction; not just as a colossal asset but also as a sanctuary for creating and preserving memories - a place to live and love. From the investor’s angle, he sees property as an opportunity, with the right strategy, for providing passive income and building wealth. Using his active listening skills, he gathers information from the client to tailor service to their ultimate goal.

After moving to the U.S. at the young age of four, Sevag grew up in the Sunland-Tujunga area. He feels as though he changed alongside his wonderful community while learning its distinct nuances. After going through the process of buying two homes in the most competitive Los Angeles markets during one of the most challenging times in the industry, Sevag realized he had a unique gift for turning a transaction. He’d handled most of the leg-work himself including calling agents, scheduling tours, securing financing… and he loved every minute of it. He excelled so strongly at getting offers accepted that he wanted to share his gift with his community. So, Sevag officially obtained his real estate license.

Since then, he’s been using his passionate, persistent strategies to help clients get the best value out of their purchases and sales. With his years of construction and remodeling experience, he has an insider understanding of what separates a quality property from a dud. He knows that no two clients share the same scenario, so he takes time to understand each individual’s needs when considering the optimal path forward.

Even in his free time, Sevag remains devoted to serving his community any way he can. He particularly likes to stay politically involved. A perfect evening for him involves trying out a new restaurant or bar before catching up with friends at their place or his. But he also strongly believes in constantly challenging himself, either through vigorous exercise or other means of personal development.
