About Raul Aponte

After decades in the industry, Raul Aponte joins JohnHart Real Estate after managing at Pinnacle Real Estate for 13 years. Recognizing the need for adaptability in a rapidly changing industry, Raul comes on board as a Regional Manager to help our agents build their referral pipeline by recruiting talented agents from other firms that will benefit JohnHart and their agents. The {re}fer program especially attracted Raul to JohnHart, as he saw it as a unique opportunity for agents to build residual income. Attracted to JohnHart’s innovative leadership, client-first philosophy, and unique support structure for its talented agents, Raul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, understanding what works best for agents and clients alike, and leans heavily into this understanding when seeking compatible talent for our brokerage.

Raul was born in Lima, Peru, and moved to Los Angeles in 1989. A family man, he’s been married for 25 years and is the proud father of two children. As a former soccer player, he enjoys passing on his knowledge to younger generations while giving back to his community as a coach.
