Highly knowledgeable realtor, patient, and effective in his job. He doesn't give up on his clients in finding the RIGHT home. My husband and I have been working with him for a few months now in the purchase of a home, but the reason we haven't found one is because I am extremely picky about the process. That has not discouraged Rafael from working with me and in fact, he has made it a point to find the right one and weed out the unnecessary listings not to my taste to save my time. He goes beyond his necessary job description and takes time to travel to the listing addresses, provide informative videos, and send them to us. When asked a question about a listing, he immediately responds among the many clientele he serves. Rafael worked with us for about 6 months. He was always on time to showings and never flaked. We sometimes felt rushed for things, but he listened to our feedback and was respectful. He always returned texts, emails, and calls promptly and we never had to hunt him down or fish out information from him.
